| Good morning! The warmup begins -- highs in the 80s today, 90s by the end of the week. Today would have been distance runner Gabriele Grunewald's 33rd birthday. She died earlier this month after a long battle with cancer. Her husband says there will be a memorial gathering and run in her honor tonight at B.F. Nelson Park in Minneapolis. It's scheduled for 6:15 p.m. and will feature a 1.4-mile run and walk. Organizers are urging anyone who can't make it to the event to run or walk 1.4 miles in memory of Grunewald, wherever they can. | Forecast |
