Fudgy Whole Wheat Pumpkin Cake BrowniesThis is a recipe I modified for cake brownies. When they were all done, I decided to concoct a quick sauce to pour over the top. This is sure to kick your craving! If you leave the sauce off, these are extremely lowfat since they're made with pumpkin and not oil.

Ice Cube Tray for Cookie DoughMix up your favorite cookie dough. Make extra and freeze in ice cube trays. When you want to bake several cookies or more pull out you ice cube tray and pop out as many cookies as you want to bake.

Place cornbread cubes or crumbles in a large salad bowl. Combine tomatoes, onion, green pepper, bacon and relish; add to cornbread.

Sauteed Apples with Slivered Almonds

Sauteed apples are great as a breakfast side or with a meal featuring pork and even as a simple yummy treat but adding the almonds adds a nice extra touch. I happen to like mine plain but feel free to spice with cinnamon and/or nutmeg to taste.
