| WHAT TO LISTEN TO | | Freddie Gibbs — Off the Chain. Bandana, Gibbs’ second album with producer Madlib, dropped this year — and dang, it’s weird. Expect next-level rap lyrics and a choppy, disorienting vibe throughout (but in a good way). | SUGGESTED BY: /Bandana-Wearer |
| Gregory Alan Isakov — Big Sky Folk. Isakov’s plunky, calming folk albums make you feel like you’re lying under a gigantic sky full of stars on a ranch in Montana, even when you’re in a taxi at 4 am going over the Brooklyn Bridge. Though he’s originally South African, Isakov has (unsurprisingly) settled in Colorado to make his musical career. | SUGGESTED BY: /Country Girl |
| Florence Price — Musical Pioneer. Price was the first Black woman to be recognized as a symphonic composer and to have her work performed by a major symphony. Her First Symphony is an astonishing work of art, one that melds traditional romantic music with surprising twists and harmonies. | SUGGESTED BY: /OZY Fan |

| Revtown — The Love of Your Life — in Blue Jean Form. Finding a pair of jeans that fits you, and your lifestyle, just right isn’t easy. But it could be. These jeans start with a proprietary Italian denim — fabric so flexible and strong it’s like athletic wear. Which makes sense since they’re the brainchild of former Under Armour execs who set out to build a better blue jean. Strength, style and comfort — everything you demand from your workout gear, delivered at a killer price. SPONSORED BY: Revtown | SUGGESTED BY Wade Best /The Jean Genie |

| WHAT TO WATCH | | Call My Agent — Perils of Fame. This French show, available on Netflix, follows a group of talent agents trying to deal with high-strung celebrity clients, scandals and other vagaries of the movie business. The scripts are sharp, funny and weird, with lots of celebrity cameos from France’s biggest names playing fictionalized versions of themselves. | SUGGESTED BY: /Qui A Je-Ne-Sais-Quoi |
| El Camino — Breaking Bad Redux. Jesse Pinkman is baaack! Walter White’s sidekick now has his own movie, continuing his story where it left off at the end of the series (no spoilers!). This is one for the Jesse fans, as the film showcases actor Aaron Paul’s legendary performance, but it should satisfy anyone who was into series creator Vince Gilligan’s tight plots and adrenaline rush tension. | SUGGESTED BY: /Breaking Big |

| WHAT TO PLAY | | Goat Simulator — Untitled Goat Game. Quirky video game Untitled Goose Game has been making headlines recently, but the OG version of this is Goat Simulator, an action-packed video game where you, a goat, generally raise hell. You can play it on a video gaming platform like Switch, or hit up the phone app to let out your aggression on your commute. Your journey as the capricious, square-pupiled creature includes explosions, cursed rituals, government conspiracies and absolute chaos. If you always wanted to know what it’s like to be a goat — or just wanted to cause trouble for absolutely everyone around you — this is the game for you. | SUGGESTED BY: /Total Capricorn |

| | | Make awkward assumptions. Women across the U.S. have been receiving handwritten cards from one Jenny B, often addressed to their parents’ houses, congratulating them on their pregnancies. But many of the women aren’t pregnant, and they’re complaining about the awkward conversations stemming from what appears to be a poorly thought-out marketing campaign from Utah-based company Mothers Lounge. | SOURCE: BBC |
