A cafe, yoga studio, boutique, massage therapy and more â all under one roof â is headed to Norfolkâs East Beach neighborhood in 2022. The Well Co. & Cafe â a Columbia, South Carolina-based wellness business that offers a smorgasbord of healthy food, apparel and fitness options â plans to open its second location in a new East Beach apartment development. The business expects to create about 15 to 20 jobs, the owners said. Across the field was younger brother, Perry Jones, the head coach at Glen Allen High, outside of Richmond. Both are former standouts at Oscar Smith High. They both were hired in 2019, one month apart, with Joe getting his job first.
