With an Invisible Range Pole™
The Skadi Smart Handle has an Invisible Range Pole™ so you can enjoy greater flexibility in the field when a surveying range pole is not required. |

| The Invisible Range Pole continuously computes the X, Y, and Z positions of whatever is located directly underneath the Skadi GNSS receiver when using the Skadi Smart Handle with RTK corrections. This mimics the performance of a surveying range pole without having to carry one — all while you retain your 3D, survey-grade positional accuracy. |

And the Extensible Virtual Range Pole™
Now imagine you could extend the reach of that Invisible Range Pole up to seven meters (about 20 feet) away so you could capture nearby assets without having to occupy them. Pretty neat, eh?
This inspired the Skadi Smart Handle's Extensible Virtual Range Pole™. The Extensible Virtual Range Pole lets you measure targets on the ground, such as a pipe fitting in a trench, when it would be otherwise difficult, dangerous, or inefficient to occupy it. |

The Extensible Virtual Range Pole uses a high-visibility green laser pointer to guide your aim, while a trigger button lets you send location data to any third-party app.
With this feature, your crews can avoid climbing into trenches in order to survey as-builts.
