In 2018, architect Zuzanna Krykorka and her husband purchased a century home right by King and Roncesvalles for $2 million. Aside from the property’s history, they were drawn to its backyard parking spots, which screamed laneway-suite potential. Zuzanna was well aware of the benefits: building more housing stock on underused land while creating more income for herself. Here’s how she did it.
