Theresa has had a storied career with IBM, Cisco, VMware among other tech companies — and if you think women in data and analytics are rarer today than they should be, imagine how the environment was for Theresa when she started. In her youth, she was mandated to work in her father’s computer store. She had an unsympathetic, to say the least, math teacher. She decided computers and math were not for her.
