Dear Skateistan supporters,

In A New Chapter, Skateistan’s most ambitious fundraising campaign to date, we aimed to raise $1.5 million by 30 April to be able to run our programs in 20 locations around the world and reach 4,500 students every week by the end of 2022. Rebuilding in Afghanistan is one aspect of this, but children all over the world need safe places where they can skate, dream, and learn.

In Skateistan’s new chapter, we're running Skateistan programs in 15+ locations, reaching up to 3,500 students every week. We planted roots in new locations around the world to grow our skateboarding community. While rebuilding our programs in Afghanistan, and with our partners in new locations, we’re running Skate and Create for new students in Jordan, Bolivia, Kenya, South Africa, Lebanon, and Iraq. These sessions focus on girls’ inclusion, empowerment and integration between different communities.

We are only $20k away from reaching our fundraising goal, and there are only two days left to support Skateistan's new chapter!
