Big Ten Conference to Host Swimming & Diving Championships at Three Sites

The Big Ten diving championships will be held with both genders from February 24 – 27, 2021 at Purdue University, while the women’s swimming-only championships will be the same weekend at the University of Minnesota and the men’s swimming-only championships will be March 3 – 6 at The Ohio State University pending official confirmation from the OSU administration.

Olympic Champion Klete Keller Appears to Have Been in US Capitol During Insurrection

Olympic gold medalist Klete Keller appears to have been part of the unlawful entrance of the U.S. Capitol, video shows.

Video from the incident appears to show Keller, wearing a U.S. Olympic team jacket inside the Capitol as the incident escalated. Swimming World has confirmed with sources that Keller was seen at the Capitol.

The video does not show any violence on the part of Keller, though he is inside the building and part of what President Elect Joe Biden called an insurrection by supporters of ousted President Donald Trump.

2021 TYR Pro Swim Series San Antonio Psych Sheet Released: Many National Team Members Set to Attend

USA Swimming has released the psych sheet for the first major swim meet of 2021 in the United States as the TYR Pro Swim Series will be held in San Antonio and Richmond January 14 – 17, 2021. Individual Olympic gold medalists Ryan Murphy and Lilly King will be in attendance next weekend in San Antonio as individual Olympic medalists Kathleen Baker and Chase Kalisz will also be making their 2021 racing debuts in Texas.
