If adopted, the special docket would begin Aug. 23 and could bring the jail population closer to Ohio’s jail standards, according to three of the sources. Early release: Cuyahoga County Judge Daniel Gaul granted early release to a former Washington, D.C.-based lawyer who repeatedly molested an 11-year-old Fairview Park boy.
