It comes as three parts of the country move into tougher Covid restrictions today. Fife, Perth and Kinross, and Angus have all been placed under stricter Tier 3 rules. 'This virus does not rest' As the nation continues to celebrate Scotland's momentous win against Serbia last night, the NHS is warning people not to let their guard down. NHS Grampian boss Susan Webb said: "The virus does not rest. It does not take a minute off, much less 90 minutes, extra time and penalties." She's imploring people to stick to coronavirus guidelines, after a video of rapturous Scottish fans went viral.
