NLRB disapproves of class-action waivers The National Labor Relations Board told the Supreme Court in a brief that employees can bring class-action cases even if they've signed arbitration agreements that include class-action waivers. The NLRB says the waivers violate the right to protected concerted activity spelled out in the National Labor Relations Act -- a position at odds with the Justice Department's view.
