Two years ago I had breakfast with Dr. Ken Blanchard. He asked me what I thought were the two most important leadership qualities. I quickly asked him what he thought - I was hoping to learn! Here is what he said: “Humility and Confidence. The Humility to know there is nothing you can do without Christ, and the Confidence to know there is nothing you can’t do with Christ.” As a Christ follower that is powerful! Even if you are not a believer, don’t you agree the world would be in a much better place if our leaders had both humility and confidence in EQUAL abundance? Here is another thought for you. |
