The founder said, “Baltimore doesn’t have a retention problem, it has an acquisition problem.” We know that Baltimore is an outlier along this East Coast corridor, where most other cities' populations grew. Given that reality, what do you think the city should do? How can Baltimore convince more founders, professionals and others to live in the city?
