| Dear Vienna Fan, |
| The Viennese love tasty food. Itâs easy to convince oneself in many great restaurants and down-to-earth âBeislâ as well as at traditional Easter markets. And we have our very special Viennese Cuisine â itâs the only cuisine in the world to be named after a city. This enthusiasm for good food already existed at the court of the Habsburgs. Especially archduchess Maria Theresa had a healthy appetite. Ten two twelve course menues to be served within 45 minutes were not uncommon. We are sure Maria Theresa also knew how to celebrate her birthday with luxuriant feasts âThis year Vienna celebrates her 300th birthday! Come and celebrate with us.
