Coming up this weekend
The weekend's live FA Cup action begins at Craven Cottage with Fulham hosting Crystal Palace (12.15pm GMT), before Brighton welcome Nottingham Forest in the second quarter-final (5.15pm GMT). In between, you can keep up with all the EFL and Scottish action in our Saturday clockwatch (from 2pm GMT). There's also live rugby action as Wales take on England in front of a bumper Cardiff crowd in the Women's Six Nations (4.45pm GMT).

The clocks go forward on Sunday morning, so set your watches and join us at 1.30pm BST for Preston v Aston Villa in the FA Cup last eight. We'll have live coverage of the Women's Super League through the afternoon with Manchester United v Everton (12pm BST), Crystal Palace v Arsenal (2pm BST) and more. The FA Cup action concludes with Bournemouth v Manchester City (4.30pm BST) and the semi-final draw.
