Gloria Gaynor is saying goodbye to her longtime suburban New Jersey home. The Newark-born singer, best known for the megahit “I Will Survive,” is asking $1.25 million for the 5,318-square-foot in Green Brook, according to the New York Times. San Francisco’s tax base to decline for first time in 25 years

The city of San Francisco is projecting its property tax base will decline for the first time in more than a quarter-century. The city controller’s office projects that the city’s commercial and residential tax base fell 0.46 percent last year, from $301.4 billion to $300 billion, according to Bloomberg.
