These one-biters are cute and fancy-feeling, but take all of 10 minutes to put together. Spoon creamy goat cheese and finely chopped Calabrian salami—which provides a savory note with a bit of heat—into the centers of sweet, sweet, tender Medjool dates, then garnish with pistachios and a drizzle of honey.

INGREDIENTS

• 3 Tbsp. raw pistachios
• 4 oz. goat cheese
• 3 oz. thinly sliced Calabrese or other spicy salami, finely chopped
• 1 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
• 24 large dates (about 6 oz.), preferably Medjool, pitted
• Honey (for drizzling)
