Help Santa Toy Parade The Help Santa Toy Parade takes place starting at 11 am on December 4th at Ottawa City Hall on Laurier Avenue. It will travel west on Laurier to Bank Street, and then south on Bank Street to Fifth Avenue. Rolling road closures will be in effect.
