Cost of Living latest insights In the year to August 2023 the annualinflation rateas measured by the Consumer Prices Index including owner occupiers housing costs (CPIH) was 6.3%, down from 6.4% in July. This has been steadily falling from a peak of 9.6% in the year to October 2022, which was the fastest rate in four decades. |
