The tool allows you to see the latest average house prices and monthly private rental prices for your local area. Data on private rents have now been added for rental market areas of Northern Ireland, alongside house prices for local authority areas. | | In case you missed it We've updated Build a Custom Area Profile The Build a Custom Area profile tool was designed to help people get census data that didnât fit standard geographies. Weâve recently launched an update that allows you to request more up-to-date population data (using the 2022 mid-year estimates) as well as adding new data sources including energy efficiency of housing (EPC), residential property sales, live births and deaths. |
What's driving the fall in net migration? Following policy changes, there was a record fall in net migration in 2024. With fewer people arriving on work and study-related visas and emigration returning to pre-pandemic levels, net migration is at the lowest level seen since 2021.
