Downtown leaders and others will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday for the Jim Deggy’s Brick Oven Pizza, the business that moved into the former Dat Dag space on the edge of downtown. The event will also include the unveiling of the office in the second floor of the building, which will house Redhi House Creative Studios, a co-working lounge and incubator for creators, said Ravi Daggula, whose group bought the 12,000-square-foot, two-story building in 2022.
