Since its opening in 2006, Death & Co has been a must-visit destination for serious drinkers and cocktail enthusiasts, and the winner of every major industry award—including America’s Best Cocktail Bar and Best Cocktail Menu at the Tales of the Cocktail convention.

We’ve had a few experimental and avant-garde Negroni variants over the last couple of months, and now we are back to a simple classic!

The Death & Co twist is a a simple evolution of the classic Negroni recipe that rebalances the ratios of the ingredients, Adding more weight and intensity to the gin, creating a more pronounced juniper-forward aperitivo. No mezcal or Suze in sight this month!
