The two-part series will kick off on tomorrow at 10.00 AM - 11.00 AM (HKT) with a presentation of the findings from the 65-page study by Mingtiandi founder Michael Cole. Yardi Regional Director of Asia Pacific, Bernie Devine will join Michael following the presentation to share his insights on the results.
Following in the same session will be an interview with Hines' Managing Director, Claire Cormier Thielke, and Innovation Officer, Charlie Kuntz about technology trends in the industry and how the developer is working with occupiers to be future ready.
