The owner, Gene Theriot, "likes the business — he’s just tired," said the real estate agent who's listed the property. While Theriot hopes the new owner will keep slinging sandwiches, there's no denying change is rampant along the corridor.    

Terrytown tragedy revisitedRelatives who for five days held out hope for the life of 14-year-old Nashawna Riley shared the sad news Monday night that the teen has been declared brain dead, having never regained consciousness from the injuries she received in a hammer attack that took the lives of her mother and her young brother and cousin.
