Starbucks has announced a goal to boost the number of people of color within its company by 30% among corporate employees and 40% among its manufacturing and retail workforce by 2025. The company will link executive compensation to this goal from 2021 and roll out mandatory anti-bias training for executives, launch a mentorship program for employees of color, and incorporate anti-bias materials into recruitment, performance assessments and development. Analysis shows employer support of financial wellness An American Savings Education Council review of Employee Benefit Research Institute survey data showed continued employer support of financial wellness. The Employer Perspectives on Financial Wellness Survey found about half of employers offer financial wellness initiatives, with larger companies more likely than smaller ones to have them, while the Workplace Wellness Survey showed more workers are asking for information and guidance about open enrollment.
