Last week we covered creating the plan that will allow you to get what you want. Now comes the step that will give you the greatest chance for success: Accountability! Step 1. Write down a commitment to yourself that you will work on your plan every day. Step 2. Share your plan with someone who wants the best for you and ask them to hold you accountable to your plan. Schedule a time with them to meet each week where they can check in on your progress. Even better accountability is to engage with a coach who will not only hold you accountable but give you strategies to increase the rate of speed towards your growth and success.
