I am extremely excited and honored to share that last night, the Forward took home 33 awards from the American Jewish Press Association's 42nd annual Simon Rockower Awards ceremony for work published in 2022.
We had 10 first-place wins, in a range of categories that show our breadth: investigative reporting, politics, arts, food and wine, Black-Jewish relationships, personal essays, commentary, antisemitism and stories about young families. A few of my favorite pieces that were honored: âIn London, an antisemitism scandal has sparked a play about antisemitism. Is it helping?â by Talya Zax
âWhat itâs really like to be Jewish on a campus âhotspotâ of antisemitismâ by Arno Rosenfeld
âIt was the most successful Jewish ad campaign of all time â but who was the model?â by Andrew Silverstein To celebrate with us, and enjoy the highest quality journalism, you can find all of our winning work HERE.
