If you are on a budget, a Christmas tree skirt can be pricey. Instead, you can use a blanket as your Christmas tree skirt and get more use from the blanket. Christmas skirts will sit in storage for most of the year anyway. Afterwards give your blanket a nice wash after being on the floor for a month or so.

We crafters and Moms know that the months fly and we blink and another holiday is upon us. After Christmas gifts have been given, I separate tags, paper, ribbon, and other left-overs into a few categories.
