Hospital deal: LCMC Health’s $150 million purchase of three Tulane hospitals has been back in the news recently. On Friday, a federal judge in Washington D.C., handed down a ruling in the escalating legal battle stemming from the purchase, business writer Stephanie Riegel reports.
