"Early signs of a turn in the tide": Google and Facebook continue to dominate digital advertising, but other companies are starting to erode the duopoly's share of the market.

The House Intelligence Committee published more than 3,300 Facebook and Instagram ads linked to the Internet Research Agency, the Russian "troll farm" that influenced the 2016 U.S. presidential election. Here's what ad buyers think about the ads.
