Often times I like to say, "Cheaper Than a Heart Attack". We splurge on things that are good for our health. On other things, we try to be as thrifty as we can. I think vacations with exercise are a great idea. I might be getting too old but walking across Europe sounds like fun. Wonder if I'll need to use GPS.

On another note, I (Becca) have been reading a bit about dancing and how good-it-is for you. We all know the benefits of staying active, but did you hear that research shows that dancing also might keep you from getting dementia. Steven is not one to go out dancing, but I do believe I wrote earlier that he splurges on things that keep him healthy. Whether you can get someone to go dancing with you or not, just get up and do it. It's just as good to turn on your own music and get up ~N~ dance.

Today was our first day that hit 70 degrees, how nice. All the tree trimming is done, next comes 5 cords of firewood. Oh my aching back. I've made more pottery pieces so we can try out our new glaze. Twelve new mugs and many other pottery pieces to paint. Lately we have been learning how to make coil-pots. I like the challenge of making larger pottery pieces, and coil-pots can get really big. This year, so far, Becca has been making some pretty large pottery with coils. Next week we will make a page so you can see all of Becca's new pottery, pretty amazing stuff!

Our new seeds for this year's garden arrived today. Oh fun, a much bigger better garden going-in this year.

Ever hear of Nematodes?, There's new ways to battle garden bugs and pests, it's great that we never need to spray poison on the food we grow again.
