Of course our team couldn’t be more excited, and it looks like Roy Wood Jr. is sharing that excitement. With nearly 25 years in the industry, Wood has entertained millions across stage, television, radio, and streaming—from joining Comedy Central’s The Daily Show with Trevor Noah as a correspondent in 2015, to hosting his podcasts Roy Roy’s Job Fair and Beyond the Scenes, to his hit standup specials like Roy Wood Jr.: Imperfect Messenger on Paramount Plus and Father Figure on Comedy Central. To put it simply, Wood is a pro entertainer, and the perfect person to host the Internet’s biggest night.
