| Vote for 2020's Best Advertiser in the Adweek March Adness Bracket | |
| | Who is the best advertiser of the moment? Usually that's a subjective question, one with no definitive answer. It's the kind of thing ad nerds can debate all night, accomplishing nothing except driving away all other human companionship. But this time there will be an answer. Adweek's March Adness bracket is back. As you can see above, we've ranked 64 of the biggest and most creative advertising brands, and over the coming weeks we'll be asking YOU (and every other ad geek) to vote each day on who should advance to the next round. You might think a No. 1 seed like Apple or Burger King would have a lock, but since this bracket is based on social voting via Twitter and Instagram, it really just comes down to who has both a strong brand and the willingness to mobilize its fan base. Last year's winner was a true Cinderella story: Aviation Gin, owned by movie star and master marketer Ryan Reynolds. The distillery began at a 16 seed and soared to the championship. Will it happen again? Or will a new underdog emerge victorious? Will it be the year of the Goop? Maybe Halo Top will finally get its due? Be sure you're following @Adweek on Twitter and on Instagram. Voting will take place on both pretty much every day until April 9. David Griner Creative and Innovation Editor, Adweek [email protected] | | | |
