THANKSGIVING EVERY WAY | epicurious

What We’re Toasting With

This Thanksgiving, you can go rogue. Maybe that means you’ll serve chicken instead of turkey. Maybe you’ll cook dark meat only, or make a whole meal out of sides.

Me? I’m making stuffing, cocktails, and pie—that’s it—and I couldn’t be happier about that menu. Especially because the new cocktails we’ve published on Epicurious lately are so tasty. There’s Christian Suzuki-Orellana’s Campari and cranberry refresher, which is bold and tart and as bracing as cranberry relish. There’s Lynnette Marrero’s sophisticated bourbon sour, brightened with riesling and apple cider. There’s a Scotch-laced Boulevardier you can prepare by the pitcher, and this mezcal drink you can pair with your dessert. Throw one (or more!) of these delicious nonalcoholic options in the mix and you’ll have a drink for everybody in your pod.

Cheers,
