I can’t wait for y’all to try this week’s Goodtaste original recipe! Who doesn’t love a crispy, fried chile relleno, but sometimes the breading is too heavy on a hot summer day. With that in mind, our test kitchen created a “naked,” summer-ready version studded with fresh corn and topped with a vibrant cherry tomato-avocado salsa.
