| | | | Women founders: Apply to these programs Changing disparities in funding means providing intentional resources to support those who are underinvested. And we know that part of increasing access to opportunity is making resources and information available. With that in mind, we're sharing out a few opportunities for women entrepreneurs that are open nationally. Take a look: Project Entrepreneur, a program of UBS and Hello Alice, launched the Democratizing the Friends & Family Round program. It offers $25,000 grants and access to skill-building opportunities for female founders of color. Applications close Nov. 10. Next week, Project Entrepreneur is teaming with The Cru to offer access to the latter's membership platform, which matches women into groups of support based on their values, demographics and goals. Hear about it directly from the source at a virtual event with The Cru CEO Tiffany Dufu on Tuesday, Oct. 26, on managing the unique demands facing female founders. Lightship Accelerator has two program sprints coming up for Black, minority, women and LGBTQ early-stage founders in Cincinnati or Tulsa. It offers up to $500K investments for CPG, ecommerce, sustainability, AI and healthtech.
