Hogan welcomes home Maryland National Guard troops in Aberdeen

Gov. Larry Hogan and Maj. Gen. Linda L. Singh, commander of the Maryland National Guard, welcomed home the 29th Combat Aviation Brigade in a ceremony at Aberdeen Proving Ground Sunday afternoon, thanking them for their service and recognizing their achievements.
