Nasdaq-100 futures are up 0.5%, and Dow contracts are up 0.4%. Infrastructure Deal Senators hammered out the final details of a $1 trillion infrastructure deal over the weekend. Now, the legislation heads to the House of Representatives before heading to President Biden's desk for a final signature. The deal's passage could be a catalyst for a rally this week. |
