The 5 types of imposter syndrome and why they matter in the workplace

Join entrepreneur, business consultant, and C-Suite leader, Jina Etienne for a discussion of the 5 types of imposter syndrome and their importance in the workplace. The webcast will include an overview of the cause and effects of imposter syndrome in the workplace and the reasons why underrepresented identities are more strongly affected by imposter syndrome. We will also discuss the ways that employees can individually limit the influence of imposter syndrome in their own careers and the ways that employers can recognize and fight the negative effects of imposter syndrome on diversity in the workplace.
