A simple and easy guideline to help you benchmark your company’s current marketing maturity. | John,
MarketingSherpa conducted research with 2,400 consumers to better understand the impact of customer-first marketing on satisfaction. We then published the study, and made it available for free download – to give you new ideas for improving results as well as arm you with data to help make the case for budget and resources you need to power customer-first marketing in your organization.
While we were compiling the report, we realized it would be important to create a clear understanding of customer-first marketing for all marketers. Our industry is so filled with buzzwords. What does customer-first marketing really mean? And how does it relate to customer-centric marketing?
To help clarify that understanding, we created the Five Levels of Marketing Maturity. Since we’ve received a few questions about these levels, we recently wrote a blog post – Customer-First Marketing Strategy: The highest of the five levels of marketing maturity – to go a little deeper into marketing maturity. It is a simple and easy guideline to help you benchmark your company’s current maturity and better understand the next steps necessary to move up the ladder.
