11 lockdown rules changing today

Here we go, it's the beginning of the end for lockdown life (we sincerely hope).

Hairdressers and barbers can reopen in Scotland from today as further coronavirus restrictions are lifted.

But there are even more changes set to come in today.

Readers' Letters: Independence could be new Darien scheme

The SNP are stating unequivocally that a majority vote for them in the upcoming election will be taken as their authority to pursue a second referendum on independence.
