FORECAST: Saturday morning looks to be pretty comfortable (for July), as we enjoy a short-lived drop in humidity. Morning temperatures will be in the low 70s.

We'll be in the upper 90s by Saturday afternoon under partly cloudy skies.

TROPICS: Tropical Storm Barry is nearing the coast of Louisiana tonight. Landfall is expected on the central Louisiana coast on Saturday morning, then the system will move north through the rest of the state through Sunday morning. Storm surge and flash flooding are expected to cause major damage across the southern portion of the state. Barry will send us some high cloud cover this weekend, along with an isolated shower or storm by Sunday.
