Too many teams generate ideas but struggle to turn them into reality, sometimes because company culture punishes failure or people fear new ideas only bring busywork. Although the COVID-19 pandemic highlighted some of the benefits of working remotely, one apparent drawback is a drain on innovation. According to a recent study, more creative ideas are generated when colleagues meet in person rather than via videoconference. Why it matters: These lists are always subjective, and this one is no exception, though I do like the categories by which the lead singers were judged: charisma, influence, showmanship and vocal ability. Being a lead singer is about more than just a strong set of pipes. So, not surprisingly, you'll find lots of singers with swagger on this list -- and, most likely, picks you won't agree with. I'm with you there. But that's what makes these things fun.
