It was 10 locations in Louisiana sold to Missouri-based Hamra Enterprises, a franchisee for other Panera locations as well as Wendy’s and Noodles & Company. You can read the full story here. In the headlines down below I have a store about restaurant sales data from April (released last week) that shows sales for the month were the highest on record.
