Ten Commandments law: A federal judge has struck down a Louisiana law requiring public schools to display the Ten Commandments, finding it unconstitutional and unenforceable. Patrick Wall has the details. Audubon downtown: The Audubon Nature Institute is in talks with the city to manage more than two miles of parks and greenspace along the the New Orleans riverfront. Taxing sports betting: A proposal under consideration by the Louisiana Legislature would raise the taxes that online sports betting businesses pay on their winnings from 15% to 51%.
