Australia's second biggest telco Singtel Optus says it plans to support the dual SIM functionality provided through an eSIM in some of the the latest iPhone models "in the future".

A prototype of a censored search engine developed for China by Google links searches to the phone numbers of the individuals making those queries, a report claims. And Google has temporarily reversed its decision to strip out the "www" and "m." in domains in version 69 of its Chrome browser, after the change attracted an enormous amount of criticism.

Not so long ago, Google dropped its “Do No Evil” motto. That was probably appropriate because in the past days, weeks, months, and years the mask has come off Google to reveal a disturbing picture of the company that was once considered cool and benevolent.

Is it real? Is it a hoax? It's hard to tell, because we can't find the source lawsuit claimed online, but a single report of a Samsung Galaxy Note9 battery catching fire has emerged.

Russian security vendor Kaspersky Lab has had a tough day in court over an appeal it has brought against a ban imposed on the use of its products in the US public service, with the three-judge federal appeals panel questioning the arguments put forward by the company's lawyers.
