The Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA) is transitioning to digital mail as a default for businesses. Starting May⁠ 12,⁠ 2025 for new accounts, and June⁠ 16,⁠ 2025 for existing accounts, the CRA will deliver most business correspondence digitally via My Business Account. While looking to improve communication efficiency, the shift may pose challenges ⁠–⁠ especially for businesses not yet registered or facing issues with CRA’s online services.
