Her mixed media artworks feature accidental & unexpected connections which make it possible to revise art history, by combining unrelated aspects leading to surprising analogies. She creates with recognizable elements, unprecedented situations in which the viewer is confronted with the conditioning of his own perception. By doing so, new sequences are created revealing an inseparable relationship between motion & sound, programming is subtly reversed. The results are deconstructed to the extent that meaning is shifted & possible interpretation becomes multifaceted. |
