Take It Easy On Yourself!

I still have lingering effects of COVID. I'm tired of it. I'm used to having boundless energy and a boatload of prolific.

Not so much these days.

I've talked with many others who are feeling the very same.

Not getting the work done around the house that they planned.
Not getting to their cottage on the lake.
Not getting their writing project started or finished.
Not writing that song that's inside them.
Not exercising like they normally would.
Not finding time to get shit done.

I think there are a couple of things going on. I think...

1. COVID wore us down.
2. Many of us suffer lingering physical and other effects.
3. The world is blowing up right now.

SO... I've decided to take it easy on myself. Relax.

I will eventually replace that fence.
I will eventually get new gravel for our driveway.
I will eventually paint again.
I will eventually start my new book.
I will eventually feel okay again.

Eventually.
